Payment policies:

- Free payment fee if using Visa card, Master, ATM
- All the price of promotion lists is not including VAT tax and services fee

Check in/ check out:

- Time for check in: 13:00
- Time for check out: 12:00
- Early Check In: depending on the room conditions to arrange
- Extra fee for early coming guests are followed according to price board

Check out late:

- Late checkout is conditional 
- Extra fee for late check out from 1 to 3 hours is 30 per cent of price
- Extra fee for late check out from 3 to 5 hours is 50 per cent of price

Change in time of departure and arrival:

- If guests arrive one day earlier than the scheduled time and want to receive a room immediately, please contact the hotel one night before. Similarly, if guests want to extend their stay, please make a reservation for one more night

Guarantee policy:

- The requirement of credit card is a must
- If any fraud is identified, Seastar Hotel will cancel the room reservation of guests without the need of informing 

The policy for children:

- Children under the age of 9 can stay for free with paying guardian.
- Children who are above 9 years old are required to pay 50,000 VND/ person/ night.

Cancelled room/ room refurbishment:

- Please inform before three days in order to not pay fee if you want to cancel reserved room or refurbish the room 
- In case you do not inform three days before, Seastar Hotel will charge you the price of one night. Once you arrive, we cannot cancel your reservation. - Any case of making a reservation without use will be charged 100% of the deposit. 
- Reservations with promotional codes, full packages or long-term arrangements can be refunded
 *  The process of refund will be solved from 5 to 15 working weeks. Free for all transactions using credit cards Visa, Master card and 5% for American Express. Please inform Seastar Hotel via email: doth300392@ihtti-mail.ch when you receive your refund
